Fun on a Tuesday.....

I finally got my Uggs (boots) in the mail- they were my valentines day present!! They are cute - the one feels a little smaller than the other- my feet must be different sizes!

Jack also found my hat and thought that he needed it inside this afternoon- too cute! He is watching TV with it on!!

We are almost two weeks away from leaving for Oregon!! Jack and I are going to go for a few weeks and get out of cold Alaska! It will nice to actually play outside with jack!

MOOSE!!

This morning as I am talking to my mom - Three moose walk past the window. I bundle Jack up in a blanket and we go out on the deck to see them. They are eating from the tree in my neighbors side yard. It was a mommy moose and two babies.! Jack kept saying wow and then he would say "neigh" I guess he though they were horses!! I told him moose and then all he would say was "wow".

I wanna help daddy...

Jackson loves helping daddy with whatever he is doing. The other day Ryan was going to quickly clear off the driveway- we didn't have much new snow but he was going to get it over with. Jackson wanted to help and so we went inside and got our boots on, a hat and gloved and went back out to help daddy. I am pretty sure it was about -2 out and Jack's little face was red, but he kept trying to help or play with his toys. I asked if he wanted to go inside when Ryan was about half done but he continued with his NO.. NO so outside we stayed. Finally Ryan decided that he would finish later since Jackson was not coming in without him. Here are some pictures!

It's February!

It's been awhile since our last post! Wow- months do seem to fly by. We had a lovely Christmas here just our family. Jackson enjoyed opening his presents and really did not require much help at all. Ryan had surgery to remove his tonsils right after Christmas and was out of commission for about a week. January then flew by and now I sit here and it is February 2nd! wow. Jackson is into everything and currently has a pretty nice black eye as he ran into the TV table. He is picking up words so fast, sometimes I can't believe what he says especially when I recognize it and know he didn't say it the day before!
